JamGam AG® can resort to outstanding national and international information channels and contact persons with key functions, so the company gets to know and is offered sales of real estates at an early stage, before they are introduced into the market. Normally these are real estate portfolios having a large volume, which offer an attractive yield.
For the upcoming real estate business in 2008 the company will place an investment volume of about 300 million Euro in cooperation with private equity and capital.
We learned from our past to grow with and by our tasks, with a look at the future we want to accelerate these processes together with other business partners.
To this end we are still motivated to systematically develop our partnerships within the network and to combine and profitably link national as well as international contacts in order to successfully expand.
